NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
PROBATE DIVISION
IN RE: TRUST ADMINISTRATION

DECEASED.
TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that there has been no Personal Representative of the estate to whom letters of administration have been issued and that the publication and notice requirements of Florida Statute Section 733.212 have not been discharged; as a result the name and address of the Trustee of a trust established on October 14, 1992, by the decedent as a Grantor thereof, and is described in Florida Statute Section 733.707(3) arc hereby provided:

All persons having such claims against the estate who arc served with a copy of this notice are required to file with the Trustee such claim WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THAT PERSON.
Persons having claims against the estate who are not known to the Trustee and whose names or addresses are not reasonably ascertainable, must file all claims against the estate WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
