NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Reschedule Foreclosure Sale And To Disburse From Registry entered on June 8, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CC001863AX in the County Court in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein COUNTRY VILLAGE OF BRANDENTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and ELEANOR FIGLER, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00 A.M. on July 11, 2017 ( ) www.manatee.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2039, COUNTRY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION II, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1040, PAGE 2428, AT SEQ., AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 188-191, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
