Final Judgment was awarded on June 6, 2017 in Civil Case No. 41 2013CA001526CAAX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THOUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SHIRLEY S. HILL, DECEASED; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK ASSOCIATION, INC; SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW CONDOMINIUMS, INC; JULIE K. MAGGART; CATHY JERVEY; DAVID D. HILL; CHRISTOPHER HILL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on July 7, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 6320, UNIT 101 , OF SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II,, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1688, PAGE 6320, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 122 THROUGH 128, INCLUSIVE , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS, IF ANY AS DESCRIBED IN SUCH DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
