NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 1, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA004426000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE9 is Plaintiff and ROBERT WAYNE BISH & HEATHER LEEAYN BISH, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, STACY BUTTERFIELD, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 17, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
