NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-004204 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Selene Finance LP, Plaintiff and Joseph Lester Barbour a/k/a Joseph L. Barbour are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on July 6, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, MEADOWS RIDGE ESTATES PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 46 AND 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 2003, MAKE: FLEETWOOD/ENTERPRISE TRL., VIN#: FLFL270A29981CY21 AND VIN#: FLFL270B29981CY21.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
