Final Judgment was awarded on May 30, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2016CA000513000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2004-10 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AN ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROXANNA MARIE LAKE A/K/A ROXANNA M. LAKE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A ROLAND VICTOR; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A MICHELA VICTOR; KRENSON OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LAKELAND REGIONAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION; JESSICA LAKE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 62, KRENSEN OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
