Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-QX1, is the Plaintiff and Farrah Ruskin a/k/a Farrah L. Ruskin, Timothy Ruskin, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Gunner Ruskin, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 11th of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, CLINCH WOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
