NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-003933-CA-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. SHAMBU TROMBO, L.L.C, a Florida corporation, is Plaintiff and ROGER ALBERTO LLANES a/k/a ROBERT ALBERTO LLANES and UNKNOWN OCCUPANT(S) are Defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6 and 6A, City of Zephyrhills, in Section 11, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 54, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, LESS existing road right-of-way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
