Rodenas, Esq., whose address is 2075 Main Street, Suite 2, Sarasota, FL 34237 WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS after the first publication, if any, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Sarasota County Courthouse, 2000 Main St, Sarasota, Florida 34236, either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action is asking the court to allow EMANUEL JASSO (d/o/b 4/13/03 Place of birth: Clearwater, Florida, to be adopted by his stepparent, requiring you to consent to the adoption, having your parental rights terminated and the Adoptee changing his name.
This Notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in BUSINESS OBSERVER.
