NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2016, and entered in 2016 CA 000654 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R8 is
the Plaintiff and ROSEMARY SEEHAUS CHIMNER A/K/A ROSEMARY CHIMNER A/K/A ROSEMARY SEEHAUS; GARY ALLEN CHIMNER A/K/A GARY A. CHIMNER A/K/A GARY CHIMNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSEMARY SEEHAUS CHIMNER A/K/A ROSEMARY CHIMNER A/K/A ROSEMARY SEEHAUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY ALLEN CHIMNER A/K/A GARY A. CHIMNER A/K/A GARY CHIMNER are the Defendant(s).
