NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2017 in Case No. 16-CA-000690 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein COCONUT CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and SANDRA MAIDWELL, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on June 30, 2017. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, COCONUT CREEK SUBDIVISION PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE(S) 35-38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 12331 MCGREGOR PALMS DR, FORT MYERS, FL 33908.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
