Unit 5188L, Week 31, Odd Year Biennial of Coconut Plantation, a Condominium (“Condominium”), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4033, Page 3816, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto (the “Declaration”). (Contract No.: 9- 4365)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the date.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Civil No. 2016-CA-003924, now pending in the Circuit Court in Lee County, Florida.
