YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:

A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a concrete marker at the Southeast corner of Parcel B of Parkwood II, a Subdivision of Lehigh Acres as recorded in Plat Book 28, at Page 84, of the Public Records of Lee County; thence South 89° 29' 11” West, along the South boundary line of said Parcel “B”, a distance of 331.87 feet, to the Westerly right-of-way line of Maplecrest Court; thence North 00° 30' 49” West, a distance of 161.00 feet, to the point of curvature of a curve to the right, having a radius of 42.00 feet; thence along the arc, through a delta angle of 40° 35' 44”, a distance of 29.76 feet, to a point on the curve, and the Point of Beginning of Unit 38; thence North 49° 55' 05” West, a distance of 9.80 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left, having a radius of 24.09 feet, a delta angle of 40° 35' 44”, and a chord of 16.71 feet; thence along said curve an arc distance of 17.07 feet to the point of tangency; thence South 89° 29' 11” West, 5.00 feet; thence South 00° 30' 49” East, 8.50 feet; thence South 89° 29' 13” West, 83.45 feet; thence North 00° 30' 49” West, 46.00 feet; thence North 89° 29' 11” East, 83.45 feet; thence South 00° 30' 49” East, 19.50 feet; thence North 89° 29' 11” East, 5.00 feet; thence South 00° 30' 49” East, 2.00 feet to a point on a curve to the right, having a radius of 40.09 feet, a delta angle of 40° 35' 44”, a chord of 27.82 feet and a chord bearing of South 70° 12' 57” East; thence along said curve an arc distance of 28.41 feet, to the point of tangency; thence South 49° 55' 05” East, 14.96 feet to a point on a curve to the left, having a radius of 42.00 feet, a delta angle of 22° 23' 34”, a chord of 16.31 feet, and a chord bearing of South 51° 16' 42” West, thence along said curve an arc distance of 16.41 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Drawer 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
