NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated March 10, 2017 and was recorded March 21, 2017 in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as Instrument Number 2017000059291 of Lee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SAND CASTLE BEACH CLUB Manager's Office, 905 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931 on the 12th day of July, 2017, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
