NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of June 2017, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 17-CA-001240, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1 of Cortino's Subdivision as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 46 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, less that part deeded to City of Tampa in Official Records Book 2199, page 476 and less the North 13.5 feet thereof.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
