NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2017, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-001563 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Deutsche ALT-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR6, is the Plaintiff and Kay Louise Evans, a/k/a Kay L. Evans, Lake St. Charles Master Association, Inc., Scott Hilton Evans, a/k/a Scott H. Evans a/k/a Scott Evans a/k/a Scott Hamilton Evans, USAA Federal Savings Bank, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
