Final Judgment was awarded on June 1, 2017 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-000751, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA N.A., ASTRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-RP3 is the Plaintiff, and THERESSA C. PLACKE A/K/A THERESSA CATHARINE PLACKE F/K/A CECELIA THRESSA PLACKE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
