Pomales aka Angel Love Pomales aka Angel Luis Hernandez as an Heir of the Estate of Lillian Jimenez, deceased, Cortez of Carrollwood Condominium Association, Inc., Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, State of Florida, Suncoast Credit Union, successor in interest to Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Lillian Jimenez, deceased, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
