NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 8, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-005653 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and BROWN, AARON, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 13, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Hillsborough County, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
