NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-002620-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA2 is the Plaintiff and Cynthia Bryant a/k/a Cynthia F. Bryant ; Bruce Farlow a/k/a Bruce R. Farlow; Windrush Cove, Inc. ; United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 61, WINDRUSH COVE, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 68 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 27, 1976 AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4492, PAGES 1805 THROUGH 1857, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5528, PAGE 1193 AND O.R. BOOK 5748, PAGE 752, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
