NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-000115 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Andreas Lemke are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 13, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 126, TARA CAY SOUND NORTH VILLAGE PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS CONTAINED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
