NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 20, 2017 in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-004040 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is Plaintiff and SHERRI LEE KULAK A/K/A SHERRILEE KULAK A/K/A CHERRILEE KULAK A/K/A SHERRI C. KULAK A/K/A SHERRIL KULK, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of July, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 3, JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 17 AND 18, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
