NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 16-008019-CO, in the County Court of PINELLAS, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County will sell the following real property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Unit 101, of ENCLAVE AT SABAL POINTE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 15143, Page 343, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Property Address: 5420 21st Way South, Unit #101, St. Petersburg, FL 33712
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on JULY 7, 2017. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
