NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 16-001474-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-59, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-59 is Plaintiff and CHARLES TUGGLE & MARY LOUISE TUGGLE, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk KEN BURKE, CPA, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 17, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
