NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 16-005015-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM HASTIE; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on July 20, 2017 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Block J, of FAIRLAWN PARK UNIT 9 PARTIAL REPLAT, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
