GIBB and ESTHER A. GIBB, Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Property (“Complaint”) filed in this action:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following properties in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 11, Block 3, GRADY SWOPE'S HARRIS SCHOOL SUB'N., according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Scott W. Fitzpatrick, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Owens Law Group, P.A., 811 Cypress Village Blvd., Ruskin, Florida 33573, on or before 7-14-2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
