NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-007134 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-7, Plaintiff and Nabil Zabadi a/k/a Nabil H. Zapbadi a/k/a Nabil H. Zabadi are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK H, BROADWATER UNIT TWO ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 10 THROUGH 12, AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, FLORIDA.
