NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 7, 2017, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 16-001549-CI, KEN BURKE, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 7, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, LeNeve's Subdivision of Lot No. 7 of F.A. WOOD'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 44 Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
