NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-004706-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF PHILLIP J. WALLDORFF A/K/A PHILLIP JAMES WALLDORFFF, DECEASED; NICHOLAS DORR WALLDORFF A/K/A NICHOLAS D. WALLDORFF A/K/A NICHOLAS WALLDORFF; REBECCA LEHMAN WALLDORFF A/K/A REBECCA L. WALLDORFF; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PHILLIP J. WALLDORFF A/K/A PHILLIP JAMES WALLDORFF, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A PAUL DIXON; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of August, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 9 LESS THE SOUTH 10 FEET FOR STREET, BLOCK D OF SUMMIT LAWN GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
