NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 16-006281-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Caldwell Trust Company, as Trustee FBO, Charles H. Borden, IRA, is Plaintiff, and Cynthia C. Ostrow and Rachel H. Ostrow, and any and all known parties are Defendants, that the Pinellas County Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online, via Internet www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M on July 25, 2017, the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit A-2207, Building 22, Phase 1, from the condominium plat of HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE I, a condominium, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 58, Pages 122 through 128, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed February 26, 1982, in O.R. Book 5314, Page 1195, as Clerk's Instrument No. 82029401, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto
The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
