NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-004349-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR6 is Plaintiff and VITALIA PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VITALIA PEREZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BARCLEY ESTATES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2 ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 18 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT “A”, BUILDING 4, FROM CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BARCLEY ESTATES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILE IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4905, PAGE 1485, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 79146376 AND AMENDED AND CORRECTED BY AFFIDAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4927, PAGE 1421 AND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN 4941, PAGE 377 AND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4966, PAGE 155, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
