NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated September 18, 2015, and subsequently an Order Rescheduling the Sale dated May 11, 2017, entered in Civil Case No 2015CA002908CICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff and ELSIE D. ROUSH, ET AL. are defendant(s), I, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com AT 10:00 AM on JULY 11, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
