NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 11, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-008616-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU, SERIES 2007-HE1 TRUST is Plaintiff and HEARD, RONNIE AND HEARD, THRETHA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 15, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Orange County, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
