NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 8, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-006331-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES,LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CAROL E. FRANK A/K/A CAROL ELIZABETH FRANK A/K/A CAROL FRANK, DECEASED; PATRICIA E. FRANK A/K/A PATRICIA FRANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DROPPED PATRICIA E. FRANK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN DROPPED POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONSBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BARNETT BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCESSOR TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BARNETT BANKS TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE OF THE ORANGE COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28B, CANDLEWYCK VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 78 AND 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
