NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001265-O in the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and, VITAL HERNE LAURISTON, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 15th day of August, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 12, BLOCK C, PINE HILLS SUBDIVISION NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGES 68 AND-69, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
