NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008068-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Everbank Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Lourdes Santos, Somerset Chase Homeowners Association, Inc., Yesill Batista, Unknown Spouse of Lourdes Santos, Unknown Spouse of Yesill Batista, Unknown Tenant(s), And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 18th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
