NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2017, and entered in 2014-CA-003595-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ROSE GUEVARA; UNKNOWN TENANT I N/K/A RADAMIS LOPEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT II N/K/A BRIDGETTE RODRIGUEZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; WILLOWBROOK AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST ARCADIA SANTIAGO, DECEASED; INDIANA HOME SERVICING, INC. are the Defendant(s).
