NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 16, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002347 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Trust Company, NA F/K/A The Bank of New York Trust Company, NA as Successor in Interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as Trustee for NA AC Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2005-AR2, is the Plaintiff and Andrew A. Antony a/k/a Andrew Antony, Barrington Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Andrew A. Antony a/k/a Andrew Antony, Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
