NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 15, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2014CA000402 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and SUSAN K. BAILEY, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18TH day of July, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit A-104, Landmark at Pointe West I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto as recorded in O.R. Book 1133, Page(s) 3424 through 3527, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Page(s) 94 through 96, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
