NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 07, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003920AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and BRIAN O'DONNELL A/K/A BRIAN ODONNELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 4, 5, AND 6, BLOCK 4, WHITEFIELD ESTATES, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 127A AND 128A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THAT PORTION OF LOT 4 IN SAID BLOCK 4, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF WESTMORELAND STREET AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 4, THENCE SOUTHEASTWARDLY ON AND ALONG WESTMORELAND STREET 21.5 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTWARDLY 84.5 FEET TO A POINT, WHICH POINT IS 30.15 FEET FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, THENCE NORTHERLY 30.15 FEET AT AN ANGLE OF 8 DEGREES 53 MINUTES TO THE RIGHT TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, THENCE SOUTHWESTWARDLY ON AND ALONG THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN LOTS 3 AND 4, 110.9 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THAT PORTION OF LOT 6 IN BLOCK 4, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, BLOCK 4, THENCE GO NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT 6, A DISTANCE OF 65 FEET; THENCE DUE WEST A DISTANCE OF 5 FEET 2 INCHES; THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF LOT 6, TO A POINT 5 FEET 2 INCHES WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 6; THENCE EAST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO:
THAT PORTION OF LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 4, WHITFIELD ESTATES, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 127A AND 128A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 21, RUN NORTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 21, A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET, THENCE RUN WESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF LOT 21, SAID POINT BEING 10 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 21, THENCE FROM SAID POINT RUN WESTERLY TO A POINT 8 FEET NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 22, THENCE TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 22 THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 22, AND LOT 21 A DISTANCE OF 130 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
