NOTICE is hereby given that, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 21st day of July, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Commence at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 36 South, Range 21 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence N 00° 12' 13” E, along the West line of the said SE 1/4, a distance of 1667.36 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue N 00° 12' 13” E, along said West line a distance of 337.46 feet; thence S 89° 36' 57” E, 1291.11 feet to the West right of way line of a graded road; thence S 00° 14' 41” W, along said West right of way line, a distance of 337.46 feet; thence N 89° 36' 57” W, 1290.87 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 10.001 acres, more or less.
