NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 25, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA000093AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and BURTON, DEANN AND BURTON, SHAWN, et al, are Defendants. The clerk ANGELINA M. COLONNESO shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 23, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Manatee County, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
