NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-000582 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, Plaintiff and Earl D. Kendall, Jr. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on July 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 5, 6 AND 7 LESS SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 1, SUNSET GARDENS, LAKELAND, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING A RE-SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 19, 20, AND 21, IN BLOCK 3, OF LAKEWOOD PARK.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
