NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2017 and entered in Case No. 1501334CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK N ATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA B. BALLANCE A/K/A PAT BALANCE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; LELY CIVIC ASSN.; INC; TERRI L. LESTER; MICHAEL THEODORE LESTER, BRUCE STEVEN LESTER; are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 13 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 2, Lely Golf Estates, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 49, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
