NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001381 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Arnoldo Garza aka Arnoldo Flores, Fifth Third Mortgage Company, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO 80, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 38, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 90 AND 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
