NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Rescheduling Foreclosure dated June 14, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001446 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and Carrie M Morningstar; The Unknown Spouse of Carrie M Morningstar; Tenant #1; Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 27, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 84, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
