NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009738 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle, NA, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA6 Trust, Plaintiff and Michaele Amen Hart, et al., are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on JULY 13, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
