NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015CA003453CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3, is the Plaintiff and MARCUS ROGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCUS ROGER; MIKE OLIVI ER AKA MIKE FARLEY OLIVIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIKE OLIVIER AKA MIKE FARLEY OLIVIER; NEW RIVER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MAIN STREET ASSET SOLUTIONS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are Defendants, Paula S.
