NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on 12TH day of July, 2017, that certain real property situated in the County of Pasco, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 26, HUDSON BEACH ESTATES, UNIT ONE-THIRD ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
