NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 13, 2017 in Civil Case No. 51-2014-CA-00629 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and CHARLES F. FELTEN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19TH day of July, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1604, REGENCY PARK, UNIT TEN, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15 Pages 53 and 54 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
